Default Tie Rod hitting track bar bolt head

Where to being. So When I turn the steering wheel towards the right (passenger side)to make a right turn. I noticed the tie rod is hitting the bottom bolt where the track bar is bolted to the axle.
Anyone know why that would be happening? The bolt head is actually chewing away at my tie rod.
