Default tie rod end question

whats up with some ends being left hand thread and others being right? can I use left or right hand tread for all four? are all four ends the same?

thats so you can turn steerng rod and either they both go in or out at same time .

yup, it makes for setting toe very easy with no need to remove an end to adjust.
