A ticking sound

Default A ticking sound
I have a 1997 and it has a tick on the left side of the motor, its not in the engin
but sounds like it coming from the air pump.just need help as to what i should start to do or look for.

Thats probably the evap purge solenoid...its kinda back by where the hoses go into your heater core. If you hold it you can feel it clicking.
