throttle body torture

I just experienced something new. In an attempt to deal with a misfire on my 99 classic (4.0L automatic with cruise), I decided to clean the IAC. Took the throttle body off the intake and proceeded to remove the IAC. Three bolts came out easily, however the fourth sheared off flush with the throttle body housing. I drilled out part of the bolt in order to get an extractor into it and the damn extractor broke off. The drill bit wont make a dent in the hardened steel of the extractor. Guess I'm in need of a new throttle body. What years should I look for when I go to the junk yard or does anyone on the forum have an extra one that might fit my XJ.
