Are you saying that Carter has Airtex make their pumps now? If so, do you have data. Read my signature. tee hee

I love your signature!!

It has been reported by members of a few forums that they had purchased Carter pumps and when they peeled the label off, it said airtex.

Actually, me thinks people are buying Carters off Evilbay and these are the pukes that are repackage/ID the airtex [lower case 'a'] pumps as Carters

Here's Carter Fuel Systems' home page and a listing on Rockauto for a Carter fuel pump module.

I actually got mine from Rockauto. I was severely disappointed when it failed 400 miles later. I literally replaced the pump, drove it from Ocala to Daytona, drove it on the beach a couple of times, drove it back home, then drove it to work a couple days... then FAIL. Wouldn't even get me out of the driveway.

I've recently learned that the o-rings in my FPR were not installed correctly, but that happened AFTER replacing the pump. Once I installed the new Bosch, everything was fine with it.
