Default 1996 Cherokee reverse light switch and wiring diagram?

I've got an issue with my reverse lights not coming on in 1996 Cherokee Sport I6 4.0. I thought it was odd that both bulbs died, but I replaced them anyway which didn't help. I checked the fuse and saw nothing wrong, but just to be sure I swapped it with the other 15A fuse, and still got nothing.

Now I'm by no means experienced in electrical stuff,in fact,I'm a beginner in this stuff. I'd like to start with the switch or whatever it is that activates the reverse lights. If there's nothing wrong there I'll start looking for a broken wire or a loose connection. So,where's the switch that activates the lights, and can somebody post a wiring diagram for these lights? Thanks in advance!

First guess is the Neutral Safety Switch. I want to say that I have seen all sorts of write ups to test, to clean (hopefully to get to work), and to replace.

Maybe click on some of these for more insight:

I've been side tracked by some steering issues,so I haven't tested anything for the switch. Next time I'm out there I'll give it a try. Thank you for the video.
