Default thirsty thirsty thirsty xj!!!!!

new to xj's... ive noticed that they love to chug gas left and right! my work van E150 feels like it uses less gas and i drive it all day. sooo is there anything i can do to make it less thirsty?? lol

complete tune up, change oil, make sure air pressure is right, run higher octane, fuel injector up grade

Install a vacuum gauge....keep the needle above 15, mpg will go up. It's pretty much been debunked (there's that word again) that higher octane fuel increases mpg.

thats a fact....the higher the octane the lower the BTUs
