it's hard to say, can you bounce the front of the jeep to replicate the sound and see where it's coming from?
or get someone to wiggle the steering wheel vigorously with the engine off and look under the front to see what is loose (tie rod, track bar, etc).
then jack up the wheel a few inches, use a pry bar or pipe/jack handle and stick it under the tire and lift hard to feel if the ball joint has play.
then grab the wheel at 3 and 9 and wiggle to feel if the hub has play.
grab the shafts on each side of the u-joint and twist to feel for any play there. check the front axle joints and both drive shaft joints.
check the engine mounts for wear, also get under and lift on the t-case to check the tranny mount.
make sure the shocks and sway bar bushings/end links are tight.
that pretty much covers everything, so be thorough in you inspection and you should find it.

Common problem is the rear driveshaft will cause a noise moving from a stop, simply pull the ds and pack grease into slip yoke.
I get a slight clunk when I put it into 1st, nothing I'm concerned about cause its probably slop somewhere in my drive train.
