Watch out for Sherman, theyre usually more expensive than the dealer. I found floor pans from the dealer to be VERY reasonably priced (something like $106 for the cargo area). Good luck!
PS: I bought my leafs from Quadratec. Original replacement leafs were $74.99 plus $10.99 and $8.99 for the bushings, so a total of $95 each. Not too bad. Dealer wanted double that. And I got my bolts & nuts from Team Cherokee, $49.99 for a set of 6. Dealer wanted $72. Quadratech also had shackles cheap, like $18 each, but they were out of stock and I bought some off a member here for $50 shipped, which was about $5 more than Quadratec after their $10 shipping price. You HAVE to shop around, there is a HUGE difference on things from place to place. Good luck!

I say take that 500 pounds of crap out of the back of your jeep!! Seriously though cutting it and or putting boomerang shackles on there is a band aid. I'm voting new springs! Does it have a tow package? Maybe years of wear plus towing/hauling heavy loads just wore the springs out. I have a hard time believing the unibody is bowed or displaced so far that the springs would hit.... if so why the hell would you want to keep that thing? They're a dime a dozen.

This was the most difficult repair yet, took 5 hours to get the first bolt out of the top passenger side. although the others did not take that long this was a ***** of a job for me with backyard mechanics tools, some pry bars and a few pieces of 2x4's. the old shackles were completely broken in half, both sides (pic to come if anyone is interested) someone explain to me why my Jeep stayed on the road like that. it had to have been like that for a long time. thanks for all your help..
