Exclamation Engine knock question (with Video)

I am getting a faint engine noise at low rpms it is between 1000 and 1500 rpm or when the engine goes back to idle after I step on the brake (usually from slower speeds), my jeep only has about 100k on it and has had its oil changed religously since new. What do you think it could be? am I being paranoid or does this noise mean impending doom (I usually get paranoid and think the sky is falling)? I know I needed a cat converter for a while and I drove with a bad one for about 15k did that matter?
