i didnt see where any one had said to file the outlet to make sure its flat. run a flat file across the gasket surface to make sure there are no high/low spots. torque the bolts. this way you wont distort the outlet by monkey pawing the bolts in. i dont use any RTV or silicone of any kind. if the surfaces are clean dry and flat it will seal.

 

ya i had a warped one and just grinded/sanded it flat and it hasent leak since. Too lazy to go buy the part i guess
