Is there a write up for replacing rubber brake hoses?

I know it's pretty straight forward just want to make sure I don't mess anything up. Do I simply just unbolt with line wrench and replace and bleed? I am using new longer Chevy lines in the front and RC rear braided. sorry is this question sounds dumb but I just don't have much brake experience...

is that new line threaded? if so the only reason it looks different is cause the chevy has a different bracket.....cut off the stock cherokee line and zap-strap the new line to it or something like that.
