Tanny and Transfer case
Ok so I need some advice please. I just changed my clutch in my 1996 xj. I can not get the transfer case into 2H. It was in 4L at some point while working on it I am sure. Is there a safety or trick to get it back into 2H? I had an explorer you had to drive in reverse to disengage the transfer case. So you know the clutch is not engaging I think the fork sliped off as I can move it with my finger with ease. I am attempting to fix the clutch engagment issue tomorrow. Thanks in advance everyone.

Ok so I had printed pictures from the internet and hooked up linkages like they show. They were 180 degress off. That is why it was not working. However now I still can not shift the jeep into gear while engine is running. It is like the clutch is not engaging. I have installed and bled the slave cylinder and still no help. Any help people?
