Has anybody been able to fix their parking lights?
Everytime I change a fuse it blows. All lights works except dash lights and parking lights.

 

I would look at the light sockets for the parking lights and make sure they aren't corroded, bare wires or something like that. Those would be easier to check than the dash lights.

 

Already checked, cleaned and changed socket that needed changed.

 

Was it blowing fuses prior to the socket change?

 

No but changed the socket well over a couple months ago. The dash lights and tail lights just went out almost couple weeks ago.

 

My bf been trying to trace wires trying to find a short but color of wires keep changing.

 

Check out pacific coast manuals, it is a pdf downloadable manual for each year and about $9.00. If the problem didn't start when you replaced the socket it would seem to me that it might be a different light and I cannot speak for your year specifically but my 95 has a harness that I can unplug if I remove the lens assembly. Rather than chase an individual wire maybe unplug the whole harness on both sides, replace the fuse and see if it blows. If it does with the harness unplugged then you know the issue is elsewhere.

 

Remove all parking bulbs see if it still blows. Then install 1 at a time. When it blows there area of concern.

 

Been in rear hatch recently. Maybe connected these wires if so unplug them.
