Default Tail Lamp Assembly help

Long story short, some chick hit my rear drivers side and I need to replace the tail lamp assembly. Problem is (after searching these forums etc) every place I look the tail lights all look a LITTLE different but I want it to match the passenger side. Can someone assist me? Maybe even a different site to order from?

I was checking out Rock Auto and they show 3 different assemblies, all looking slightly different in color and ranging from $30ish to $65 dollars.

I'll end up posting pics of the damage and what I'm going to do to fix things (perfect time for that after market rear bumper...suggestions?) but for now I really need this lamp replaced.

Thanks!

Post pictures. A part out on here or a junk yard near you are your best bets. Do you need the harness or the plastic assembly?

I'd just go to a parts yard and get one. They're cheap, and you can find them in great shape still.

Rock Auto is a great source. They have really good customer service too. I ordered some brake pads from the cherokee section that ended up being for an FSJ. They said keep'em and they would refund them.

If you go to a Junk Yard, it's likely you will find other stuff you can use as well.

Here's a photo:

I'll try a local JY. But if I do buy one from online are these differences I'm seeing just stock photos?

The pics they use at rockauto and other online suppliers are often generic pics and do not always look exactly like the actual part. Most sites inform you of this. If you supply the year make and model, you'll get the right part. The price differences are due to different manufacturers. Just order the cheapest one

Any XJ tail light from 97-01 will fit. I doubt there will be a difference in color. If so, buy the other tail light too. You might as well buy these cheap since there is no difference between cheap and expensive.
