Hi all,i just have a quick question, i recently swapped out my gauges and all works well, except the tach.

IS it because of my aftermarket gear ratio?

The tach works but only goes too about 2300 rpms it wont go any higher even if i am flooring the engine.

but when i am in neutral not moving it goes all the way up, just not when im driving\

I don't think it has anything to do with the gears.Since the tach works but not correctly,I would guess it is a bad unit.
