Default T-Case will not seperate??

I am trying to remove my TC and cannot get the very top bolt out. It has a nut on the back side. I removed that but the bolt did not come out. I think it is threaded into the t-case. There is no head on the bolt to unscrew. I am splitting the t-case. Should i just remove the WHOLE t-case??

there are 6 studs in the tranny, none of them should have come out.

if you are doing an sye you can just do it with the front half of the case in the jeep
