Default t-case drop or pinion shim

I finished putting on a lift this morning and while test driving it i noticed vibrations from the drive shaft pinion angle being off. So my question is what is the best way to get rid of it. I heard that with the t-case drop and a 5 speed there is problem with the shifter hitting the floor, but would like to know which one works better
