yea true , its easy to weld em up just get a peice of flat steel and line up 2 corners and weld them , then grind the remaining steel off the other 2 side untill its flat and weld those , i made mine and had em installed in probly about an hour or so

Rep from RC just offered one for $10 which is about what it would cost in materials, asked for part # to make sure it's what I'm looking for. I got the kit from RC, and they are trying to make me happy. Sounds like good business practices, will let you know. Might still make one like yours for practice, I have 2 Jeeps, so I would have a use for it.
