Default T-case

im wondering if the transfer case out of my 1990 cherokee limited (automatic) will work in my 1994 cherokee sport (manual)

For the most part, yeah. There is a possiblity that your '90 has a 21 spline count on the input shaft of the t-case. The '94 will more likely have the 23 spline count. The length of the input shaft can be different as well. Just look at the tranny seal wear on the input shaft and you should be able to tell if it would work.

ok, the t-case in the '90 is also alot bigger than the one in my '94 and, some of the plugs are different and there's one on the '90 thats not on the '94 does that make a difference?
