sway bar rods

sway bar rods
Just bought a 92 cherokee came with 3.5” lift with 30.19.5s. When off road front sway bar rods ends are going through bottom of fender. Are they just to long or is there something wrong

Just wondering why a "no"? Bump stops keep your suspension from compressing to much. It sounds like his is compressing to much if the top of the links are going into the fender. If I'm wrong, I'm all about learning more.
Word to the wise, you can lose your rear sway bar, but keep the front. The last thing you need is to have to make a very sudden turn (kid runs out on front of you) and not have that front sway bar when on the road. Get some quick disconnects for the front so you can undo it when your wheeling, but still have it connected for on the road.

his suspension isnt compressing too much. hes wheeling with his sway bar connected. flexing with sway bar will cause it to smack the wheel well. only reason he would need to bump stop is if the tires were rubbing

If you are talking about something like this:
Then you need to either shorten your links or disconnect them. I recommend disconnecting them. if it is doing it on the street get new shorter ones. Most are good up to 6" lift and are made to where they can be cut down and then have a new mounting hole drilled in
