Question sway bar bracket

stripped out two bolts holding the drivers side sway bar bracket to the frame. Theyre stuck in there now, but not all the way tight. got about a quarter of an inch of space between the bracket and the frame now. can this be fixed with a tap and dye? or do i need to take it to a machine shop?

stripped, cross threaded, or damaged threads. Try to heat them up first, then spray them with PBlaster. Do this a few times then try to work them loose slowly while the bolts are still hot. then tap the holes and replace the bolts.

Havent pulled them out yet for fear of not being able to get them back in so i can drive it to oreilys to get the necessary tools to fix it. thanks for the ideas on how to get them out, but thinkin if i use a pry bar to put enough pressure on the bolts i can use an air ratchet to get them out. if that doesnt work ill try heating them.

if you take the whole sway bar off you can drive to auto parts store fine just make sure to take the links out as well.
