I am looking to 'refresh' my suspension's bushings and all the little rubber bits, it tends to hint at looseness, and I am wondering if anyone has any exoerience with Polyurethane bushings and whether they are worth the price or is stock good enough??
It is a 2001 Sport that is a DD and stock. Driving is mainly highway/country with just a hint of off road.
Also in reading stuff Chrysler lists a special tool to remove the bushings in the control arms, is this really needed or how are they removed?
Thanks for the time and help!

for the control arms i would just get on ebay.com and find the whole set of arms so you dont have to worry about the removel and install of those bushings.....they suck to do. and as far as the rear springs and stuff just get new bushings
I generally don't care for poly bushings unless you are building a track car. They're stiff and often noisy. You may not like them in a DD street-driven vehicle.
They are generally easier to DIY install than press-in rubber bushings though.
