Surge in idle
Brand new to the forum and searched for hours looking for a thread on here and could find anything so figured I'd just ask myself.... I've got an 89 Cherokee 4.0 all stock and recently 2 injectors went bad and I replaced them, well after replacing them my jeep idles and runs terrible if I start it it idles in park but is really choppy, in drive and reverse it idles exactly how it did before the injectors.... Then once it gets up to over 100 on the temp gauge it will surge in PRND it will go from 200rpm then jump to right under 1000rpm. I have no idea what it could be I tried cleaning the IAC and nothing changed, I tried seafoam and nothing everybody's saying maybe a vacuum leak? So I'll try it but I don't want to spend money I don't have to. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
