Ok so I just hopped in to head to Valvoline and have them test the pressure and it was at 40psi at startup, 20psi at idle in drive and. 40psi at 1500-2000 rpm. Well I got to Valvoline at 4:00:30 so they wouldn't help me. Great service...and headed back home (6 blocks). Now in park at 209temp and about 800rpm it's bouncing between 10 and 15 psi.

If you added it before more than once, and your still using it, it doesnt seem like its workin, so if it were me, i would change the oil again without that stuff. Before you change it, drain a little out and replace it with seafoam or atf for a short time to clean it out. Then use a good napa gold or wix filter and see what the pressure does.
Lucas engine stop leak does not fill in holes. All it does is condition seals, which shrink from age, and increase the viscosity of your engine oil. The stop leak products re-condition seals, making them swell back up. You need to continue using it or use a high-mileage oil to keep the seals working. Stop leak products do NOT work on seals that have holes, cracks, or large missing pieces.
I have used Lucas products in the past, and they all work as-advertised. Whether that is good or not for your engine is up for debate (thinner oils are usually better, so I don't use oil stabilizers from Lucas).
I poured in a bottle of the stop leak in my engine two days ago. Unfortunately, the big bottle of stop leak is their oil stabilizer product with seal conditioners, so for me it is a temporary fix until I find the leak.
The only Lucas product I use regularly anymore is their fuel injector/upper cylinder lube, which has yielded great results for me in the past. I plan on using their power steering fluid before too long.

Not really. The PO had hit the oil pan and there's a nice dent right next to the pump so possibly from that, but where it cracked was from the bolt hole.
