was wondering how to remove this one bolt do i just use a wrench and wrench it out?

 

Yes. Those adapter quick-connectors screw into the transmission, then the line to/from the cooler clips into the adapter. I'd recommend either removing the clipped-in transmission cooler line or at least cleaning out the debris so you don't damage the o-rings on the end of the cooler line when you unscrew the adapter.
