Can someone please tell me the exact name of this? Ive tried googling dif names but cant come up with anything.
Is it a brake "T" fitting? It came off a 63-72 f100 Ford 9 inch. Can I just get an aftermarket one or do I need to get the same kind?

it's called a brake junction block. and it is a separate unit.
any one will work, as long as the line size and flare type fittings are used.
it needs to be secured to the axle tube, so be sure to find one that has the appropriate mounting design.
some have the vent tube going through it like the d35 to secure it, others have a hole to bolt it to the threaded axle tube with a divorced vent tube like the d44.
my 9 inch is buried right now for me to go look at it.
but essentially, yes, any one will work, there are no valves in it.

Thanks for your help "caged"
I did alot of research on it last night and was thinking exactly what you posted. So the brake line fitting size on the backing plate of the drum has to be the same as the fitting size that are on the junction box I get? The hard lines are pretty tiny and was wondering if I could use bigger hard lines but then the smaller fittings probably wouldnt fit around the larger diameter hard lines would they?

yeah, you will need to use the proper size line and fittings. i'm sure they're all 3/8th lines. larger hard line likely won't fit into the right fitting. not sure if you can get larger fitting/line. they would all have to be the same size. not sure if they make larger size wheel cylinders, or a block with 2 different sizes. i'm sure you can get one custom made by a machinist tho.
