Can't figure out how to get the axle to move back to the upper control arm while installing lift kit. Anyone got any tricks?

Ratchet strap near the upper ball joint to the crossmember to rotate the axle just a few inches should work.

Cut it off and replace it with a new bolt

The ratchet strap does work but I had to use 3hd straps to get mine to move a quarter inch

What's a cutting wheel? And it's the nut. I was thinking if I used a dremel I might be able to save the bolt

It's not pressure. It's rotating the axle. I had the lowers in already and the axle is shifted so far to the drivers side.

They are when they're too short. Get some adjustable uppers and save yourself the alignment headache to come
