Default Stuck AX15

Hey guys, new to this forum. My AX15 will not shift with the engine on or off. (Not a clutch problem)
I was driving and came up to a light that turned red in front of me, tried to pull out of 4th gear, wouldn’t pop out. To ensure I didn’t hit the car turning in front of me, I shut off the engine, and my jeep rolled to a stop. I tried to move the stick, and now it wont move AT ALL! 100% stuck, no left to right or up and down.
I then proceeded to push the jeep to the side of the road, it rolls as though it’s in neutral.
I had it towed by a friend to a safe location to work on it, took off the 4 shifter bolts, pulled out the shifter.
The shift lever bushing is messed up (white bushing on bottom of shift lever)
The part the shift lever goes into is pinned up against the left side and will move barely forward and back and right, absolutely no movement to the left.
SPECIFICATIONS: 1992 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L, AX15 Transmission, 4wd. 245000 miles on all original equipment.

It sounds like your shift forks got messed up somehow. Unfortunately, it sounds like it's going to need a transmission rebuild or replacement unit.
