Default Stripped oil pan stud.

One of the small bolts holding my oil pan on has become stripped. its right next to a huge bolt near the left side of the timing cover, the largr bolt is already holding enough torque to not have a leak.

How can i fix the smaller bolt?

Im open do doing anything>!
