all you need is new studs & lugs and a stud installer. remove the stripped lugs any way you can(break them off) use a sledge hammer to knock the old stud out of the hub/axle slip the new stud in, use an installer or a stack of washers ans pull the stud in with the lugnut.

You can also try to get lucky and remove the stripped lugnut. Use some pbblaster and an old deep socket. Find one you can just hammer onto the lugnut. Once its nice and tight use an impact to break it loose. I would defintely try to loosen up/inspect all of your lugnuts. Chances are you may have more than one that needs to be replaced. Its always nice to know you can remove a tire if you ever get a flat, peace of mind.

Get a lifetime warranty socket that's a size or two smaller. Pound that on, return the socket.

Also another good point. I have all craftsman sockets so I don't have much to lose haha.

Grind off the head of the stripped lug with a 4" grinder (WEAR EYE PROTECTION.) Drive the remainder of the lug out (from the back) with a heavy ball peen hammer and a punch.

Insert the new lug stud, put a few washers on the thread side, start the lug nut, then tap the lug a few time from the back to start it into the hole on the axle flange. Tighten the lug nut on top of the stack of washers to pull the lug stud through the hole. Add washers as necessary, to pull it up snug. Be careful not to strip the threads on the new lug! (NOTE-- BEATING ON THE LUG AND THE BACK OF THE AXLE FLANGE WITH A HAMMER TO TRY TO DRIVE THE NEW STUD IN IS NOT RECOMMENDED. USE THE LUG NUT/ WASHER SYSTEM.)

Add "Inspect all lugs and lug nuts" to your list of things you need to do. It's not a bad idea to keep a few lug studs and lug nuts in your tool box. Screw the lug nuts onto the lug studs so they stay together, and the lug nuts will protect the threads on the lug studs from getting dinged up. Loosening the lug nuts and re-torqueing them once in a while is a good practice. It keeps them from rusting or getting stuck on, and it also ensures that your lug nuts remain torqued to specs. Don't lubricate wheel lugs--it makes over-torqueing more likely, and can also result in a lug nut vibrating loose.

They make specific strip sockets for lug but applications. Most tire shops carry a set for stripped lugs or broken lug lock keys.
