Default Strange steering

I think i may have a problem, but the story will help and help explain things. Sorry for it being long, but i think its needed to help understand the issue.

I went wheeling last Sat when it rained fairly heavy in the desert. Really really pretty desert. but my problem begins with a hill.

I have no clue where we were going but my dad, who was in another jeep in front of me, went towards this hill, i stopped at the bottom to watch him and see how he did and try to pick a decent line where it wasnt too slippery, Mind you it was pouring rain, and very slippery mud. When i went up i tryed to get as much momentum as i could . i got about half way up and started to spin out. Stopped radioed my dad to pull me up. He told me to just head back down and we'll go a different way. I was still stopped and i put it in reverse and ever so slightly ket off the brake to get gravity work its magic. as soon as i did that, the jeep just slid backwards and threw the wheels to full lock. Slid for 15ft and finally stopped. I checked to see if my pants were still clean and then thought what the crap just happened....I then commenced to turn around and felt a thumping at full lock. i stopped and saw the tire was rubbing on the LCA.

Heres my model a 2001 2wd sport with 30x9.5 BFG A/T Ko's on stock rims. They've never rubbed before on the street, and i dont think they've rubbed while playin in the dirt. But on the street they rub at full lock both ways.I've also noticed while drivin highway a small bouncing comming from the front right. I also looked under to see if anything was bent or any abnormalities . Cant find anything.

So what could cause this to happen?? Could it be the steering box or a tie rod? i honestly dont know what the problem could be...
Also do you think its gonna go and deform the tire from being a circle?

Thanks for dealing with the long story hopefully i gave you guys enough info to form a vague idea of what could be wrong. Thanks!
