My jeep won't even turn the starter. Each time u try to start it u have to disconnect the battery to get electricity to turn back on. All the fuses look good and the starter relays good. Please help!!

 

check ur batery connection make sure the ground and the power is good from battery to starter and from battery to block and frame.

 

sounds like bad connections at battery to me

 

Iv checked the battery and even cleaned up the terminals. I was installing 2 hella work lights on it when this happened

 

try jump starting it yet

 

Ya I tried to jump it, it did the same thing

 

do the headlights light up

 

turn the headlights on and try to start if the lights go off its a bad connection or battery

 

I just swapped the other 4 relays out of my brothers xj and it finally jump started but when u take of the jumper cables it dies so I'm thinking this new issue is the alternator. But it was the relays for sure cuz it wouldn't jump before I swapped the relays

 

if the battery from othe vechicle will fit in temp sit in and start see what happens
