does any one know the size of the stock speakers in a 97 cherokee

 

Which ones?

The ones in my doors are 5" I think. I could go measure...but I'd think you could measure yours?

If you enter you car's info in crutchfield's 'My Car' thing it will tell you the size of all your speakers and suggest others that will fit in there.

Here is mine (not sure if it will pop up w/ my Jeeps info or ask you to enter yours...) Just click on the 'Details from our research files' thing and they will pop up.

Mine are 5-1/4" all the way around.

 

5.25 with cheap factory speakers. 6.5 with the factory infinity sound system.

 

Went to the crutchfield website and found some JL Audios 5 1/4 to replace my Blaupunkts with, cant wait to get them!
