Default Speaker Size Conversion

My friends got 2 6x9 speakers that he is gonna give to me if I want them. Problem is, my Jeep's speakers are 5-1/4".

Anyone know a way to make them fit?

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Anything in particular to watch for while cutting?

Will I need to upgrade wiring or anything?

funny this post came up. ive got 5 1/4 all around, and my rear ones are up in the high top... i got like 8 6x9's from a system i had in a show VW of mine... going to see if i can get them up top, if not maybe i will just hack the back, and put the speakers in the tailgate.
