Normal or CV?

I'm pretty sure its this Normal pinion angle here but just want to make sure.

You are correct. The normal stock rear driveshaft has roughly equal angles from Pinion to driveshaft and from TC to driveshaft.
Is that what you were asking?
I assuming you are installing a SYE? Then yes, the pinion and rear driveshaft should be as your drawing shows them.
