I'm looking for a stock tire carrier and found one, but before i buy it i want to know how it will fit & how to install it once i get it. Im stock and don't plan to go bigger than 30" a/t's (no $$) i read all about the durability and inability to put bigger tires on because it can't handle it. i know it mounts on the bumper will it make a difference because a 99's bumper is different then the 1st gens? i searched and theres definitely a possibility i missed it but any help would be appreciated .
