Default stock sway bar mounting location

Hey guys, when I bought my Jeep it didnt have the front sway bar on it. The PO gave it to me with quick disconnects, but missing the bottom portion that actually connect to the mounts. I was looking at the mounts last night and they are star shaped. I forgot the actual name, but do those come out or something, because i dont see how you could mount a sway bar to those things. I attached a front pic, I should have taken a side pic because i dont know if those are stock or not. Regardless I would like to put the swaybar back on there for long highway drives.
Heres a pic.

Also I was browsing around some catalogs last night and I didnt see any quick disconnects for anything greater than 6" of lift. I have 6.5". Does that extra 1/2 inch make a difference, or does someone sell some longer ones?
Thanks

Great....
So whats the best way to get them out, drill them out?
From what I can tell the quick disconnects use a bolt through the hole, so they've got to go.

you can use a press or some sort. like bj press or a Cclap with sockets to press the bolt head out. then just go get new bolts or you said the discos have bolts

Big hammer and a socket or punch.

Hit it with blaster first.
