Default Stock shocks

Have a stock 99 xj and looking for a good shock set.Is there any that can give a little lift and provide a good ride. Also having rear leafs repaired and leaf added for 325.00 at a local shop. This should help w/ saggin rear.A few friends had id done and it sits better than before leafs were done. I also have a small trailer i use for my quad. (CONCERNING SHOCKS)

THANKS

Jeez, ur paying THAT much for them to fix leaf packs? I got 3" OME packs shipped to my front door for $260.

Depends how much you're willing to pay, I've heard good things about RC Performance 2.2 shocks...or you could get Bilstein 5150s. A general rule of thumb is that all white bodied shocks are the same cheap crap.

The only shocks that can give you some kind of lift, (but honestly i doubt) are gas shocks.
Old man emu is a good choice for stock heights.

....you can get shocks in different lengths and I'm pretty sure you can get them sized for an XJ with 0-2" of lift.
