I see that you cleared the codes and now you're back to a 12 and 55. The codes will re-load if real. Be patient and do more run-ups for codes. Have you made any other observations at the stalling-point such as stumble-before-stall, just-plain-stops, or funky-scary-oddball sounds? While it seems to quit at 210-212 (by gauge indication) it seems there are other things to consider and your additional observations may bring different conclusions. Keep trying and Good luck.
when it reaches 210-212...im not looking at the gauge,i have a laser thermo. when its getting ready to shut down it starts cutting out.it will stumble for a few minutes then die....thats why i went and bought the fuel pressure tester....thought it was running out of fuel(even though it didnt make sense to run out at exactly 210-212 degrees everytime) the fuel pressure holds at 31 pounds, even after it dies. i even tried dumping fuel down the throttle body and it still acted the same which led me to believe it wasnt fuel related.

Nah, it doesn't sound like a fuel delivery issue, especially since most of your run-ups are at idle speed. Let's keep it simple for-now and iignore all the techno-wonders. This is beginning to sound more like a water issue. From the way you describe it, when the water temperature approaches the boiling point the stumble/stall occurs. I'm thinking that you may have a water-jacket issue (head gasket, head or block cracked). Monitor the tail-pipe water vapor situation (even though it probably doesn't have time to build up exhaust steam due to stalling at the optimum temp). Also, check motor oil for evidence of water invasion and check the cooling system for evidence of oil intro. Sorry we don't live closer - wish I could provide hands-on help. Good Luck!

it doesnt produce any steam, even if im driving it when it happens, i keep checking it for water in the oil, just habit after my experience with a ranger and a warped head. it doesnt produce any kind of smell out the exhaust except for normal exhaust. i dont have any oil intrusion in the radiator.im at a loss. i really dont think it wants to be fixed....thinking i need to find a hole and give it a proper burial. the jeep has always run in the 210 area and i have had it for almost 5 yrs. when my ranger started having probles it started fouling plugs and then getting a burnt sweet smell in the exhaust. i have neither.

is it possible that you are getting a vapor lock causing it to sputter and die out on you??
