Default steering wheel replacement

The leather part of my steering wheels has seen better days.
Was wondering if anyone knows how to replace this ?

Is it possible to only replace the leather part and do manufacturers sell them ?

Changing out the steering wheel is your only option.

I was afraid of that.

I would like to keep the original slot so I won't need a second key.
Is it possible for me to take out the slot ?

Why would need to have a new key if you replaced the steering wheel? For 15 bucks you can get a steering wheel cover.

Your key doesn't go in the steering wheel, It goes on the column. Completely separate parts.
