Default Steering Wheel/Horn Help

I have three XJ Jeeps, one wrecked (4.0 1987 Cherokee Laredo), the other broken down (2.8 1986 Wagoneer), and the third (4.0 1987 Cherokee, the one I'm currently working on) was given to me about two years ago and needed some minor work.

So, since I already had two Jeeps to get parts from, I started by swapping the steering column out for a tilt column from the Wagoneer. I started this over a year ago and got the old column out, and removed the steering wheel and disassembled the horn. I got the column in, and I cannot remember how the horn pieces go back together for the life of me now that I've started on this project again. Any pictures of underneath the horn would help greatly, I haven't had any luck finding any pictures of what I need to look at. The other two Jeeps have different horns or else I would look at them to find out.

Also, I have not tried anything electrical because I need a battery, but there is one wire coming from the tilt steering column that looks like a ground. Just a single black wire with a male connection, but I have nowhere to plug it in on the Cherokee. Also, the steering column I removed had four wires, two green, a red, and a yellow from the car, but from the old steering column one of the green wires is brown, and there is no plug on the tilt column for those wires. Everything else plugged in fine. Neither of these cars had cruise control, and I was wondering if anyone knew what these were for and if I even need them, or if I can just leave these unhooked.

Ok, I had a little daylight today after work to play around with different configurations for the horn, so i got that put back together and working.

Now, does anybody know what those wires go to?

As horrifying as that thing was to drive, I would have expected it to have a hamster for each rear wheel, enticed to run faster by a spinning spiral pattern turned by the driveshaft.

I might just sell it. I was planning on moving soon. I'm taking the Cherokee and my Trans Am. The other two Jeeps and my scrap Trans Am were going to get scrapped after I was done with them anyway. I don't know if I'll have time to swap a rear end. Plus, right now I don't have a working car anyway, and I really need this Jeep for transportation ASAP, I don't think I'll have time to have it's ***** end in the air until I can get the rear end swapped.
