Default steering questions?

I have recently put 8 inch coils to my IRO long arm 3 link set up and now when I steer it will turn a circle going left but it would take a corn field to turn around going right. Do I need to upgrade my steering or is there something I can do to adjust it?

Get a longer track bar along with a proper steering setup

I have a custom trac bar I don't see what that would have to do with my steering and what is a proper steering I have the stock steering as of now.

When you pit these coils on. What was your setup before. Did you get an alignment.

Measure from inside chassis to center of your tires for each side upfront. Should be same. And Trac bar has everything to do with turnig. Sloppy trac bar means more body rolls on turns due to the whole jeep being pulled as you turn the steering wheel.

This above case is only if you have not properly adjusted your trac bar though. And also at 8" you should think about OTK steering and drop pitman arm. Alot goes into a lift of that size

did you remove the pitman arm? possibly no longer "centered" on travel length
or ya bent something (drag link)??
or you're binding up against something and that's limiting full travel to the right

get 'er off the ground, crawl under 'n have a look.

did it increase your ride height at all... did you reset the caster

EDIT...+ what he said ^^^^^

You should rethink your 8in lift and maybe go back down to 3 in or stock. Trackbar has everything to do with it. It centers your axle to accommodate your desired lift. Also when to short and lifted higher it pulls your steering way off. Right now you have to turn your wheel to the right just to stay straight. That's why you can't turn right because your steering box is almost maxed out.

Now this is what we have to hear buddy. Hiw did you install the new springs. What did you personally disconnect and reconnect. And how old were you running the old coil/spacer setup. New coils have a better spring rate. Raise your front end more. Maybe shifted the TB

Ok. It def seems an alignment and the trac bar is issue. Also i cant remember if youve change to OTK steering yet.

Also, did you measure from the inner fender wall to a marking point on you front tires to see if the Axle is centered. If you built it, what specs did you use.
