Steering play : adjustable? 99 XJ Sport
Watch the video. The column play translates to quite loose on the steering wheel . I had the air cleaner off and decided to check the column. The question : is this adjustable or do I need a new steering box?
Driveable... but kind of loose on the lane.. :-)

Some of that can be taken out by adjusting the set screw and lock nut on top of the box, but you only need to turn it a little bit. Too much and it will bind at full lock.
