My 97 4.0 4x4 just rolled over 180,xxx and I think I've found my death wobble. While going to replace the swaybar bushings and endlinks I had a buddy move the steering wheel back and forth and I noticed the steering gear is bolted on tightly but the section of frame it's bolted to is broken. What do I need to do

 

Sounds like your steering spacer is cooked.

Lots of folks make aftermarket replacements.

If the frame really is broken, you've got some serious problems.
