Trying to help my brother in law out and and was hoping somebody would know.. I am pretty sure the multi function switch in his 1990 jeep cherokee limited is bad and it is causing a short.. I was going to replace it but it looks like it is a real difficult job to remove it?? I can pick up a 1995 colum cheap so I was wondering if it would fit the 1990?? I am more familiar with the 97-2001 cherokee`s the older cherokee`s are a little different, thanks in advance Bill

 

It should fit far as i know but its easier to replace the Multifunction Switch,Look on youtube you might find a video or a how to on here somewhere.
