Ok I see that starter relay going by the diagram (a regular octopus) any way to test it?

Here's a diagram of the relay.
Should have voltage to the "battery terminal" at all times, voltage at the "ignition terminal" with the key On, voltage to the "starter solenoid terminal" with key on Start.

It looks like im not getting jucie at the solenoid terminal but I need a alligator clamp or another pair of hands. I'll have ot work on it Sat. Thanks.
I finally was able to get back on it wed. I attached the Leads from my meter to get a reading on the solenoid, turned the key and the crazy jeep started. The thing keeps starting so I guess that I'll drive it until it stops again. (Probably in the rain at an inconvenient place,but I'll keep a screwdriver handy and something to crawl on) Until then..........

I'll have to look at the list to be sure, I know that I did the one on cleaning connections. I drive a truck for a living and have kids and gr kids unlike some of the hobbyist, I work on it when I can.
