That did it highmileage, thanks for the help. I would have finished it quicker if I hadn't read the directions with the switch. I had to take it out a few times to get the setting right but It finally worked. Luckily it was 70 degrees here today so it was a real pleasure being outside.

Default Still at it.

Well it didn't fix it after all. I've noticed, that I don't hear the fuel pump when I put the key in the "on" position. I'm pretty sure that I should be able to, right? How would I check the fuel pump electrically to see if its good. The thihg does start randomly, about 1 out of 10 tries.

Default Hmmm

Well I had a brainfart and tried jumping off my '90 with my '96 (which has a brand new battery) and it started right off. (3 times in a row) Is it possible that its just an old battery causing this?

Could be possibly bad connection issue was the plug to ignition switch melted any ?

We'll its doing it again. I had my battery checked and it was fine. Cranks shuts off, crank shut off. Any other suggestions out there?
