All the power going out doesn't have anything to do with the starter.

Clicking has nothing to do with the alternator.

Clean battery connections super good. Even replace if you have doubts.

If it still doesn't start put a voltmeter on the battery while someone tries to start it. If it drops below 10 volts replace the battery.

With a good battery while vehicle is running test the alternator by way of the battery. Running voltage should be at least 1 volt higher than loaded voltage (key and lights on). I personally like to see 13.5 - 15volts charging voltage.

If it is not a volt higher, replace the alternator.

Before the parts replacement show starts, I'd do a bit more verification.

I assume you had the battery load tested. Fully charged and all terminals nice and shiny clean. Connections snug.
Next step is checking and cleaning your grounds. All and especially the batt main (your starter grounds by means of where it is bolted on, so oil smudge might have found a way to foul connections and grounds on and around the starter, so clean thoroughly).
Check if issue resolved.
If not , next step is checking to see if starter gets voltage. If not report back.
A no crank-no start can have several causes, so a systematic approach to it, will very likely identify the cause and lead to minimal part replacements.

You need to load test the battery yourself. Not with auto parts places. I have had to replace and or save so many that have been miss diagnosed by people who really don't know what they are doing.

If you don't own a volt meter buy one. Even the cheap ones will work.

Make certain the battery has a full charge. Do exactly what I said in the second post and you will have your jeep up and running.

And as roler said, report back. 8)
