Default Starter problema
He starter spins but won't kick out I took it off the jeep and ran it on the bench kicks out and runs great

Bendix is not being pushed out by the solenoid. Get your starter rebuilt. Price should be around 100 bucks at a rebuilder or you could do it yourself for less.
